About me

I am Samantha Pereira, I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Class Instructor, specialising in Strength and Conditioning, Pre & Post Natal Fitness, offering sessions in Peckham Rye.

I have been teaching fitness classes in London for over 5 years. I teach regular classes at a few of London’s Top Fitness Studio such as; Fly Ldn, Adidas studios in Shoreditch and Crank.London located minutes from Peckham Rye Station.

Approach to personal training

The personal trainer and client relationship is very important to me, and I believe our relationship is directly related to the success of your goals.

I work with my clients to create achievable goals, whether it is weight loss, strength building, overcoming injuries or simply wanting to understand their body and move a little more.

The one thing everyone gains is CONFIDENCE.

My training style is getting you comfortable with being uncomfortable. We work Hard we have Fun and you leave feeling Accomplished, Energised and Proud

Starting your journey

Your journey starts by filling out the contact form below. From there I’ll be in touch to arrange a time for us to meet in person, which allows us to get to know each other, show the space we’ll be training in and answer any questions you have.

We’ll also chat about your past experience, set your goals and calm any nerves you may have. Our first few sessions will be all about getting to know how your body moves and where your current level of fitness is which will help me personalise your programme to get you to your goals.

FAQs

  • Sessions are 1 hour long.

    Once we finalised your goals, your sessions will reflect this. Our goals are created over 12 week period and clients will always see results within that timeframe. Whether that strength building, confidence boosting, body shape changing.

    We alway start with a warmup that usually consists of a heart raiser, mobility drills, movement prep work and foam rolling. The main body of work will be dependent on your goals but we will use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebell, barbell, TRX, bands and sleds.

  • Sessions are paid for in advanced either in a four session block which is once a week or an eight session block which is twice a week. Reason for the block booking is to allow commitment to a short goal in order for us to see results.

    Payments are made via bank transfer. Once payment is received, the sessions are confirmed.

  • Sessions will be rescheduled if it is outside a 12 hour window. Within 12 hours sessions cannot be rescheduled and the session is lost.

    If I cancel any session no matter the timeframe, I will always reschedule.

    Session block it to be used within a six week period to allow for sickness and holidays

  • The contact form is located the bottom of this page please complete with as much detail and please be sure to check your email is correct. Once you’ve sent your email, I will contact you within 24 hour, however it’s usually a few hours. If you have not heard back from me, it is most likely I’ve not received your email and I would urge you to send it again.

    I’ve had a number of emails bounce back due to the address being incorrect and I’ve no way of contacting them.
